Automatically share meeting recording with all participants invited
Automatically share recording with all participants invited, instead of having to manually go to the recording page then share.We have daily meetings that are recorded, not all employees can attend. Would like to have it automatically shared with all participants. I have set up a forward on the email, to send to the participants once the vidoe is avalialbe, but still have to manually add them. Need this to be automatic.

Rename/Re-save Video Conference Recordings
Ability to rename a saved recording. Currently, the Title of the meeting when it is scheduled is the title of the recording. Need the ability to rename the recording becusae often a meeting will cover multiple topics, including unplanned topics, and the recording should title the specifics recorded.

RingCentral Video Meeting Available in Citrix Environment
The ability to host a RingCentral Video meeting in the citrix environment and offload resource use to the local desktop. Similar to what Zoom is doing.

The RCV chat window is not horizontally and vertically resizable. This makes it hard to see information.

Video Layout - hide users not showing video.
Customers have asked to be able to hide partcipants not sharing video - ie. hide the avatars and move users sharing video up the list. If there is only 3 people sharing video make the video frames bigger and hide the avatars.

Add FireFox support for RC Video
Currently, if you do not have the RC App installed on your machine, and try to open up a RC Video meeting link in firefox, it tells you to use either Chrome or Edge to start the meeting.Many people use Firefox, can we have the new RC Video App meeting links work with firefox?

Administrative Enforcement of RingCentral Videos settings for all users on the account
It would be helpful to be able to have RingCentral Video Templates or Profiles that users can select when scheduling meetings. Profiles could include fields being made mandatory. Option to turn off Active Speaker Expansion in Gallery View of RC Video Meeting
In gallery view the active user's window slightly expands and zooms in and out as people converse. This is visually distracting, especially during conversations with multiple people. I suggest having the option for users to turn this feature off. Simply highlighting the active speaker with a color border is preferred.

Currently the scheduler Outlook addon defaults to having a password. It would be great to allow for default settings to be set within the addon.

Show when I am muted in my own gallery square
Right now I can only see my mute status at the bottom of the RCV screen. It would be helpful to be able to see if I am muted within my own "square" in the gallery just like I can see everyone else's. When they are muted, it shows that in their gallery square but the same is not true for me. It would be more consistent and also helpful to show my mute status in my square also.

Give co-host more authority during RingCentral Video
By having the host being the only one with access to the Meeting Room function (setting up rooms, designating participants, etc.), for larger group meetings, this does not allow for an efficient distribution of work and sharing of tasks. Giving shared authority would allow the meeting hosts / co-hosts to work as more of a team on behind-the-scenes logistics, etc.

Video Screen Share and Recordings are VERY blurry on high resolution screens
Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. The screen is too zoomed in for me to work and share my screen. This needs to be fixed for our team. Zoom is a FREE option, and I have no problem on the video recordings using the same screen. Have option for RingCentral Video to automatically call me one minute prior to the start of my meetings
Amazon Chime has this feature. And when I worked at Amazon, it was very useful in helping me to be on time for my meetings. Add a soft edge (slight blur) to the Virtual Background edge so it doesn't feel as hard

Add video meeting history to RC App
The RingEX Application has Phone Call history but nothing for Meetings.
There are 2 categories for Video Meetings - Upcoming Scheduled and Recordings.
Since it's not always possible to attend every team meeting, it would be useful to provide users with a complete history of meetings that contain the following information:Meeting detailsText chat transcriptsClosed captioned transcript of speakersVideo & audio recording.
It would also be useful to add this information to the Shelf if the meeting was associated with a messaging team.
All options should have Admin control to enable/disable history and also provide retention time duration.1 vote
