Better accessibility in RCV Meeting tool for blind users
For example:
- The chat appears to show up below the rest of the content
- When chat messages are received, there is no alert that lets a user know they have a message so someone using a screen reader would not know to open the chat to read whatever messages might have been sent to them.
- No indication of when a user enters or leaves the meeting (it did not appear with JAWS

Add "Invite by Contact" or "Invite by Video" to RCV desktop/web App
When using the RingEX Mobile App for a RCV meeting, there is an option to "Invite by Video" into a current RCV meeting. When using the desktop or web app, you are unable to invite a contact or invite by video into an active RCV meeting.

Add user while on a RCV
It would be helpful to be able to add users to a RCV or RCM while on a call. If we could have and add button and it pull up our contacts like a phone call. This is available in MS Teams.

Quicker switching from internet to phone audio in RCV (Glip)
When attending a meeting from a laptop, I sometimes need to switch quickly to phone audio due to call quality issues. When I use the 'Call Me' feature, after connecting, it requires me to dial 1, but then still tells me how many participants there are before actually connecting me. Switching this connection takes over 25 seconds, which is a long time when folks are waiting to hear me speak. I would like to be able to press '1' and have it connect very quickly.

There is currently no option to automatically record a meeting for Ringcentral Video unlike its latter, Ringcentral Meetings.

Resize Picture in Picture Window
The picture in picture window is too small and it is not useable for when others are sharing their screen.It would be helpful to have the ability to expand the size of the picture in picture window.This is helpful for multitasking.I do this with web-based meeting platforms such as Google meet where I can resize it and place it elsewhere, while I do other work.

Add Remote Control feature to RC Desktop App - Video
It appears this was a feature in the Meetings App, but is not available in the current version of the Desktop App and our account does not allow us to run Meetings.This is helpful when staff are in a video meeting and they want to hand off control to another presenter or tech support person.

Invite company team member to an active video call or screen share
From the invite participants button, there should be an option to send a direct message to a company team member, and/or the ability to call their extension. Currently, the option to call by phone does access my contact list or allow me to enter a fellow team members extension. If I use the desktop app to call them, or they call me, there has to be an easy way to merge or move that call to an existing meeting.Case example. RingCentral Video Allow participants to point with their mouse
TeamViewer has a great feature, remote pointing, that allows participants to click on the presenter's screen and have the participant's mouse pointer temporarily appear at the desired location. The pointer is large and colored to be noticeable and also has the participant's name to identify who is pointing. The pointer is just visual and does not have the ability to click elements on the presenter's screen. Split Screen in Glip
When in a meeting via RCVideo/Glip, having the ability to see messages or engage in a glip message on same screen vs minimizing your meeting, in order to respond to a glip message, or create a task, or multi task. If we could have a split screen option/single screen ability to message & access parts of glip, while on a call with screen or video gallery still up, not minimized. Hope that makes sense! Add Date & Time to body of an email meeting invite for RC Video
We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

Add timer for the presenter
adding timer gives the presenter to know how many minutes is left and should have the ability to set and reset the timer . Currently it is not their in zoom or any video meeting . For RingCentral it will be great feature .

The request is for a granular option that allows meeting participants to control whose video they want to see and who on the far end can see their video during a meeting.

Correct RCV UI to prevent accidental leaving of meeting
During a RCV, when 'Chat' is selected, the UI realigns control buttons and 'Leave' aligns to the location where 'Chat' was, creating frequent accidental leaving of meetings when an errant double-click or if there was a delay in the first click attempt.

Allow Transcription of Meeting
Would like to request RC Meeting ability to transcribe a meeting into text. Since voicemails can transcribe into text, it seems as though RC has the technology to do so. This would be very handy for recorded meetings where we want to keep detailed notes and be able to scan to the relevant information.
