Auto turn off participants video and audio after certain time if participant has not spoken
At times participants unmute themselves and also show themselves on the video when they are actively speaking and participating. After that it is possible that they may not even speak for a long time but they forget to mute themselves and we hear some weird audio from their backgrounds and that can cause interuptions or some fun situations and then someone has to ask them to mute themselves.If there is a setting to auto-mute participants if they have not spoken for 1-2 minutes (Configurable?) that will prevent such situations and a message or some other graphics can be shown on…

Transfer from a meeting
When I finish a meeting, I need to transfer the client to my front desk so they can be billed. This works fine from the phone, but not from a video meeting.

Add Speaking tab in participants list to easily identify who is speaking
rather than having to mute all, having a quick way to identify and mute a single participant will be much quicker if it was sorted by who was speaking.Currently when someone is speaking, their participants tile reacts, and this is not the easiest way to identify who is speaking, especially if it is a larger meeting. Adding a filter in the participants list to only show who is speaking would make it so you don't have to rely on mute all. It would be helpful if the Host and Co-Host or Moderators could all record and have the option of uploading to cloud or downloading to local computer.

Let me turn off the throbbing in gallery view as people speak
When in Gallery mode, the individual boxes grow and shrink in size as people speak. This looks terrible and is very distracting.

Participant Org Details When Hover
It would be useful to be able to click or hover over a participants thumbnail and get a pop up of their title, organization etc. just like we do when we hover in Glip or Outlook email - so I can figure out what department a new speaker I've never seen before is in

Push to Talk Keybinding
I have background noise in my office, and I use already use many controls on my keyboard with different softwares. Instead of space as the option for push to talk, I would like to have the freedom to push a mouse button to talk.

Spanish in Closed Captioning Feature

Viewer is able to zoom in screenshare
The viewer should be able to zoom in and out in a shared screen. This would enable them to adjust the size of a portion that is shared to their viewing needs. Especially important for people with smaller screens and/ or viewing impairments

Able to Share iPad Screen from MacBook Pro
In Zoom, you can share your iPad screen directly from the Share button on your Macbook Pro through screen mirroring. This is highly beneficial for presenting during training rather than having to join with two devices.

A way to refresh a shared screen if it gets corrupted when displayed
We have experienced many screensharing sessions where the host's screen becomes corrupted when viewed on a participant's RCVideo application window. We've found no way to get the host's shared screen to display properly by resizing/refreshing/moving the participant window. Having a button or option to refresh the host screen for participants would be really useful.

Multi language transcription for recorded meetings and live meetings
Conair is requesting transcripts to be available for French, Spanish and Chinese languages during live meetings and transcription of a recorded meeting.

Enhanced video sound
I tried to play a video during my meeting just now and they couldn't hear the audio well and couldn't understand the video. I had to stop the video.On RC Meetings, they had an option to "optimize video/sound" and it always worked great when trying to show a video.
