The ability to rearrange participant windows
it would be really useful to have the ability to move participant windows around within the meeting by means of drag and drop, or be able to click a 'sync with leader' button.Particularly useful when you are going 'round the room' to share ideas.

Logo and colors of background
I want my company Logo and Name of the meeting to be customize like 8x8. Add this feature to the Profile and remember it and remember who I am. The URL that you send out from Ring Central looks like some kind of free service.

Show a box of the current speaker when user leaves the app.

Enable Hide Menu Bar in Video Meetings
Would be handy if the menu bar could hide when not being used. When it is there permanently, it restricts the size of video/how much I can see on screen of the person I'm helping, and I often need to see their desk below their face.

Enable option to split audio (and video if possible) recording when recording.
Zoom has a great option where the audio of each participant in a meeting. Please make it so Ring Central can do the same.

Hide Meeting Participants w/o Cameras
Webex has a feature where individuals who do not have a webcam can be moved to the side so that the attendees who DO have their cameras appear larger.

Enable/Disable Noise Cancelling on the mobile app
To give the mobile user an ability to enable or disable noise cancelling since the noise cancelling feature is too sensitive and user had to speak up louder for his/her voice to be picked up.

To be able to change your name within the meeting would prevent you from having to leave the meeting, change it and then rejoin.

Video recordings "play head" bookmark with comments & playing back video (see Soundcloud for example of what I mean)
So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame. RCV - Show Meetings drop down
From the RC app, users who are on RCM have the ability to show meetings: From their calendar, their hosting, or meetings they've scheduled for someone else. Users that are using RCV, the Show Meetings dropdown is not available. This feature is needed for AA's because of scheduling for others.

To do meeting and receive phone call at the same time
We do a lot of meetings and it would be great if can answer a call and still be on the meeting at the same time.At this moment if we answer a call while on a meeting, it will either disconnect or hold the meeting session.It is important to us to make sure all calls are answered(important calls) and not to missed anything from the meeting session.
