Automatically deny incoming calls while on RCV Meetings
My users are up in arms about this - it's completely absurd we're even dealing with this. When you are on a RCV meeting - EVEN WHEN RECORDING - incoming calls directly to you or from a queue will popup on screen AND YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGTONE. What in the hell were the developers thinking?? Did they honestly think this was an acceptable solution for business/enterprise users? Active Speaker View
I would like to have Active Speaker view where I can see the active speaker in a larger view. Or when screen sharing I would like to see the active speaker in a window.

Export Participants List
With RC Meetings, we have the option to export list of attendees to a .csv file - this is necessary when customers request this for their records (to see who attended vs who didn't). Currently, with RCV, I log into v.ringcentral.com, go to the recordings tab (which is only available if you recorded the meeting) and manually type each participant name into an Excel sheet. For a group of 100+ people, this takes a really long time. Would love the ability to view and export the Participants list (even if I didn't record the meeting) to Excel/.csv. This would save…

Rename the recording to the Name of the Ring Central Video Meeting
When the recording is completed it has a generic Name it should have the name of the Meeting that is being recorded. Once you download the file you can rename the file at that time but if you are using the link and or sharing it no way to rename the link to the recording.

Ability for Hosts and Moderators to force stop a participant screenshare.
Many times during meetings, you'll have numerous participants that need to share content. However, as the meeting progresses, there can be times when an open conversation ensues about the content that was presented. Rather than everyone staring at the same slide for 10 minutes while the discussion occurs, it would be nice for the Host to have the ability to bring everyone back to video so you can see their faces during the conversation. Yes, you can simply ask the person to stop sharing, but that interrupts the meeting flow.

Meeting Minutes and Notes
Many times in these meetings is is necessary to take meeting minutes, notes, and or action items. It would be nice to be able to download a timestamped meeting transcript as well as notes taken during the meeting with links back to the context of when the note was taken(the place in the recording that the note was taken). It would also be nice to be able to export the action items from that meeting directly to outlook or some other app.

Are we able to use breakout rooms with ring central?
When presenting a virtual cafe ,the group splits into 2- 4 groups are we able to spearate the groups for privacy?If this enhancement already exists ,how is it used?

Keep small window showing when meeting is active but minimized
In Ringcentral Meetings, when the call is still going but the window is minimized, you can still see a small floating window that shows the active speaker and allows you to toggle your mute. This was very helpful and I wish RingCentral Video had this feature as well.

Notify host by email when attendees join a meeting before the host
RingCentral Video should add a feature so that the host can get an email if attendees join when the host has not yet joined.RingCentral Meetings has this feature alread. A toggle on service web allows the host to receive an email notification if participants join their meeting before them, this includes the names of the people who have joined (see attached screenshot).This notification is extremely useful to know when people have joined a meeting early, or even if someone joins on the incorrect day (see screenshot of notification attached). Test audio and video button during "waiting for host to open meeting" screen
a test mic/webcam button on the "waiting for meeting" splash page that lets you access your settings and test audio and video would be very great.
