Customer has Outlook 2019 and would like to integrate the calendar to RCV.

Require Password for Phone Call-In Meeting Attendees
In early 2020 when an attendee wanted to join a meeting using a cell phone, the admin could require a password to join. Now, no password is required.It would be nice if a password were required to join the room from a user on a telephone.

Muting attendees during meetings.
At times associates forget to mute themselves and if they are unaware of this, this could cause disturbances or other issues.If there is a way that attendees in the meetings can mute each other in such cases it would be helpful, thanks!

Call me feature
when starting a meeting - for audio - please include a call me feature (just like zoom) where I can type in my number and the platform calls me (vs typing in all the meeting numbers., etc)

block video from specific participants in a RCV meeting
UX - some participants can be on video and doing things that are distracting and this is a polite way to stop seeing their video network - this also can be used to save bandwidth

Ability to have co-hosts and to change main host to a specific user
Our team leads large meetings with multiple co-hosts (on RC Meetings). If the host has to leave, need a way to pick a specific co-host to become the new main host.

Profile photo when not showing live video
There needs to be the ability to upload a profile pic to display when you don't want to go live with your video. Just having the name isn't helpful- the pic lets users identify who is in the room - especially for folks who are unable to read letters, etc.

Add Back Hiding Meeting Controls If The User Is Not Interacting With The Window
Previously the meeting controls would automatically hide if the user was not interacting with the window. Currently, the controls never go away. This is not a major problem when it is a video chat. When the user is watching a screen share though it can become a major issue because the content at the bottom of the screen is not visible. Please add back the functionality where if a user is not interacting with the window the controls are hidden, or at least add a preference that would allow that functionality to be turned on/off.

show a timer or a clock
Lots of people don't have the full time slot available and need to jump off a call. Your page should allow them to see either what time it is or how long they've been on the call. Keeps them from having to look at their phone to figure out when to leave.

The ability to setup recurring meetings
Currently, there's no way to set up recurring meetings within RingCentral. It appears you can do this by setting up a meeting via a calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), but it's not clear.

If a host leaves a meeting, a quick button select a delegate before they leave or pre plan a delagate
If the meeting is in progress and the host needs to abruptly leave or if the meeting is scheduled on behalf of another.

Allow to mirror flip background image so it's readable.
By default, image is displayed backwards, so the writing is inversed, so if there is writing, it's unreadable.

Meet Now option in New Application
Previously RC had the option to Schedule a Meeting or Meet Now options within Outlook using the Outlook Plug-in. It appears the new application only has the Schedule a Meeting Option, the Meet Now feature has be deprecated. Requesting to bring back the Meet Now option. It appears MS Teams has both options Meet Now and Schedule a Meeting within Outlook Plugin.

Include meeting title in RingCentral Video banner
Currently when in a RingCentral Video meeting the banner of the Window is "RingCentral Video: Scheduled meeting", so if the user has accidentally selected the wrong meeting to join there are no visual clues that they are in the wrong meeting.If the meeting time and or meeting were in the window name that would be great, EG "RingCentral Video: Weekly sales meeting@10:00am-11:00am"
