When you were tied to Zoom there was the ability for us to choose a shape and the color of that shape when we were annotating in the video when sharing information. That made it easy for us to identify what we were focusing on. It had a pen feature, but I never used it. And I hate that I can't choose the color of the pen that I use. It is a light color and blends into the information we are sharing.

Remote Control for RCM via browser
User still utilized RingCentral Meetings for video meeting and this has limited the remote control. This should still be available while RingCentral meeting is in transition to RingCentral video.

Polycom Trio C60 as RingCentral Rooms controller
Polycom Trio C60 can be used as a microphone and speaker for RingCentral Rooms. It would be better if we could use it as a controller as well.

Ability to Join RCM Links using RCV
We have set up a lot of meetings ahead of time using RCM, and now that we're migrating to RCV, we are unable to join existing RCM Links using RCV. We can do this at the moment but once migration is complete, all existing scheduled RCM meetings won't be usable anymore. A feature that would be able to toggle between the two meeting platform will really help us once migration is completed.

MSFT 365 - Choose your default online meeting provider ( Add RCV as a option)
Customers have asked for the ability to set default meeting provider as seen below. Today MSFT admin have the option of adding MSFT Teams, Blue Jeans, GTM, Google Meet and Zoom as users default meeting type. RingCentral needs to work with MSFT to get RingCentral Video on the list so customers can assign the default meeting type. This would also make RCV more sticky with customers and users. Change End Button for Host for RingCentral Meetings Rooms for Color Blind Users
The recent update for the Ipad Rooms Controller, Version RCM Room Versions: 21.3 (19680.0727) changed the way the layout worked. Causing the End button to be located at the bottom with similar red text. This issue makes it harder for those who are color blind to view the text here, and it looks as if it is a red block. Could we change the way this is laid out, to the previous versions, or could we change the font color to be more easily read with those who have difficulty discerning different colors?

Screen Saver for RingCentral Meetings Rooms
Currently RingCentral Meetings Rooms can only rotate the background image but does not have an option for a Screen Saver or to Turn off Display (display a black image to keep the screen from burning). This is a necessity for conference rooms where users leave the display on by accident or for extended periods of time during the day and overnight. When I tried enabling the built in screen saver of the machine this is not supported properly by the meetings rooms and does not wake properly.The suggested fix is to add "Screen Saver" option (with specified number of minute)…

Ringcentral Video meeting ID 10 digits
We use each employees telephone number as their person room meeting number. This is easy to remember. Why force them to us a 9 digit in addition to their 10 digit number in addition to the password.

Making "Screen Sharing is paused" feature optional
Whenever the shared screen is clicked away from, the audience can no longer view that screen and is instead met with a message that says "screen sharing is paused"It would be nice to have an option between this feature, and one that keeps the last image on the screen as what was being shared before the presenter clicked away.For example, if you have a presentation up on one screen and are screen sharing, but receive a message via rc app, it would be nice to be able to click into that window and keep the screen share going on the…

Improve RCApp Copy/Paste of Long Thread
If I try to copy text from Glip and the content extends beyond the window margins - my highlighting just stops ... there is no way to get the window to keep scrolling down to continue copying by just draggin my cursor even further - the copy tool just stops so it is impossible to capture long threads that I want to paste in other documents outside of Glip or in another message. It'd be great if the window continued to scroll down along with my cursor. Otherwise I have to copy and paste in chunks which is very clunky.
