Edit apperance options
more options to edit and touch up one’s apperance would be so helpful and is really the only option you guys lack from the competition. A lot of times I have to miss groups to go fix my face with either make up or just miss the whole meeting . I have heard others say the same thing that apperance on video is so unforgiving they go to other providers when possible . So hopefully this is could be a priority and gets better.?.?….. Hide Floating Screenshare Bar When in a video meeting
I would like to be able to hide the floating screenshare controls bar while in a video meeting. At this point in time, there is no way to hide it and it is disruptive when visible during a meeting. We also have a hard time simply trying to move it out of the way, because it snaps back into place. It obstructs the meeting "view" for the hosts.

Create a feature that allows users to rewind and replay a live RCV meeting
Users would like to be able to reply to the last 10-15 seconds (or go back further) during a live recorded meeting so that they can quickly recall something that was said, shown, or discussed. Similar to how people use streaming services today, users would like a timeline bar on the bottom of the screen for live meetings that they can use to quickly rewind a live meeting to go back and hear/see something from earlier in the meeting. Remove Pop-up window when Presenting during Meeting - RingCentral Video
Add a feature where the Participant box or another pop-up window to completely remove when sharing screen on RCV. Instead, merge it with the same window so that the Participants will appear at the top of the screen of your Video Meeting like the one that is showing from the Participant's side.

Change Names
For our company, it is key that we are able to change people's names for privacy reasons. The caller should be able to change when they come in and the Host should always have access to change it. Privacy is key when working with attorneys!

Allow Fellow’s Companion to join my RingCentral meetings.

Be able to pre-upload a video to stream into meeting
BlueJeans had this incredibly useful function where you could upload a video file, typically .mp4 format and then play that video for all participants on demand. This allowed for smooth presentations of video clips in a video call. Additionally it would be REALLY nice if you could pre-buffer a Youtube or similar clip so it would play smoothly to the participants on a call.

RC Video Options to Mirror Zoom
In Zoom, there is an option to share both monitors simultaneously. This is currently NOT an option in RC Video, even though it is powered by Zoom. I would LOVE to see this offered! From a training perspective, it would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL!!!

double screen shares (or more) when collaborating to avoid start/stop of screen shares between users
when collaborating remotely, its often a time waste to have different people sharing their screens without the time spent stopping the screen share and another person starting it - why not allow for more than 1 share --- in 1v1 scenarios each person could be showing what they are doing without the need to stop/start wasted time --- in group meeting where different teams need to setup while another is presenting - say 3 to 5 screen shares could be set up so the transition between them all is more seemless

As the RC Video Meeting OrganizerI want to send reminder message to any participant on MVPIn order to remind that person to attend the meetingReminder can be in form of message that blinks on the MVP and catches the user attention so that the person can either join the meeting or respond accordingly.Reminder message can be on MVP and also extend to SMS for the person.By default, the feature will be turned on for the MVP user. Screen Guiding
I see you have an "annotation" feature when sharing your screen. It would be cool if the presenter could see what you are circling real time on their screen. So instead of having to say "click the X in the upper Right, you could use your mouse to either point them to that or circle it. Many companies use that kind of feature for customer service to guide the customer to where they need to go. I understand why actually being able to click on their screen might be an issue, but maybe being able to see a guide mouse…

Automatically join the video Meeting when clicking meeting invite
Hello, This is more of a suggestion for future releases of RingCentral Video as the application is working as expected now. Video is frustrating a lot of our users and many have stopped using Video and switched to Teams. This is due to how RingCentral responds when clicking on the meeting link from email invites.The meeting webpage loads as expected and the browser is set to open the application by default. The application does join the meeting, yet the webpage changes the screen to join meeting. Many users join both on the webpage and the application and creates countless issues.…
