RCV - Option to use Whiteboard in RingCentral Desktop app
After the recent RCV updates, the option to use Whiteboard is no longer available. Hopefully, the option will return in the desktop app version.

We need the ability to Delete Video Invitations, Block Video Invitations, and Flag Video Invitations as SPAM
Recently I am receiving a steady flow of fraudulent scams in the form of Video Invitations under the Video tab of the Ring Central App. These invitations are originating from Ring Central Subscribers who are abusing the system to put fraudulent messages in front of your customers.
Yet the Video invitation queue offers no ability to edit the list - no delete, no blocking, and most important, no flagging as spam.
Without any ability to edit the invitation list we are bothered by alerts on our devices from these scammers invitations. There is no way to stop these notifications without…

Accurate video meeting summary
I’ve been using both the Call Summary and Video Meeting Summary features, and I’ve found that the Call Summary delivers better results compared to the Video Meeting Summary. It would be beneficial if the Video Meeting Summary could be further enhanced or if there were settings available to fine-tune how the summaries are generated to improve accuracy and relevance.

Ability to Toggle the "All-new RingCentral Video Meetings" Feature Account-Wide
Current Behavior:
The "All-new RingCentral Video Meetings" feature is currently in beta and can only be enabled or disabled on a per-user basis.
Requested Enhancement:
Provide administrators with the ability to enable or disable the "All-new RingCentral Video Meetings" feature at the account level, allowing the setting to be applied to all users simultaneously.

Need to have the saved video under meeting to show on filmstrip or speaker view. When tested under mobile app, the saved video under filmstrip view showed it still on Gallery view.

AI note taker
I really love the AI Note Taker feature in phone calls and would love to see it added to the RC Video App. It would greatly improve productivity, allowing participants to focus on engaging in the meeting rather than worrying about taking notes and tracking action items.

The addition of a call button icon beneath disconnected participants is a commendable suggestion. This feature would enable moderators to efficiently contact individuals who have lost connection, thereby enhancing the overall management of the session.

More than 1 person can share their screen and you are able to click each one to bounce back and forth or be able to pop them out

please add sound effects in ring central to that I can add my own noices like horn or applause or any noise I would like.
Put sound effects in calls and video where I can create a sound panel with sound effects and play them with the push of a button.

I can just give my client control but they have to ask for permission. I would rather just give them permission without trying to explain to them how to ask.

RingCentral Video meeting view settings
Posting this request in behalf of our Partner that is utilizing the RingCentral Video Meeting. Partner mentioned he wants to be able to make a pre-settings on the meetings for the participants to be on uniform view settings when someone is sharing their screen. View settings on Filmstrip, Speaker, or Gallery to be alligned for all the participants of the RCV.

Synchronize the timestap of the downloaded timestamp of the transcript and MP4 from a recorded video meeting
Currently, when you download a video meeting, the MP4 file's timestamp is in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This can cause a discrepancy if your local timezone is different from UTC, as the timestamp displayed will not match your local time. The customer would like a feature that allows the downloaded video meeting to have timestamps synchronized for both the transcript and the MP4 file, and to reflect the local timezone rather than the server's UTC time.
