Remote Control
There are instances when the meeting participant needs assistance in navigating and making it available would only increase the value and usage of RingCentral Video. Zoom has learned this is valuable in the age of work-from-home and added this to their Webinar offering.

Picture in picture option
It could be useful to have a picture in picture mode on desktop, when join a meeting, in order to be more productive or even be able to follow instructions while a presentation is ongoing

edit the profile image in RingCentral Video.
Because if I have personalized the mage and no longer think it is appropriate, I need NEED to be able to easily change it. Obviously, RingCentral allowed me to change it once!

Add Remote HQ
Zoom has Remote HQ integrated, it is a remote browser that allows me to show customers on a video call , videos with alot less buffering and spottyness.......Please integrate with Remote HQ so I do not have to buy a zoom acct lol

Better integrate the floating window when presenting
When sharing the screen, we spend 50% of our time moving the floating window from one place to the other to see what's hidden behind.There should be an option to "integrate" it better so it doesn't hide anything.

Ability to share documents during meeting in the chat.
We have converted to Ring from Zoom and one of our a most used feature on Zoom during a video chat/meeting/call is that we could dump, any document into the chat to share with other participants.

being being able to hide the task bar
It would be useful for newer people because then they wouldn't be distracted by all of the buttons and the more adanced users could remove it so they could use it when they need it.

Split screen meeting- half presenter/ half presentation
We would like to see the presenter as well as their shared screen showing the presentation. We do not like the ghostly affect of the presentation setting.

Different Volume Entry Tones for Video Calls
A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…

Virtual background
The virtual background is available on the desktop version and the mobile app version, but it is not available on the Chromebook app version. When will this be available. This is beneficial for remote workers.

Snapshot icon or right click drop down for patient ID or picture during video conferencing
Allow a quick right click and snapshot option of the patient screen for a quick picture for providers to get an image for patient's ID and/or face for the patient record

Floating Thumbnail Video
When you minimize the video screen, a small floating thumbnail video appears on top of any program you're using and you can drag it anywhere (like right under the camera on a Macbook). This makes it look like you have more eye contact when you're looking into the camera.

Defaulting to End to End Encryption and NO recording option when starting a video call
When I start a new video meeting from my virtual meeting room, can it default to "Turn on End to End Encryption" and remove the option to Record the video from other participants?

Name changes in video meeting
Having the ability for the room host or moderator to change the name of those that join in. For example: Someone joins the meeting by cellphone, it shows the device ID only. It would be extremely helpful for the record playbacks and those attending to see who is talking with their name on the screen. I know "GoTo Meeting" has this ability and it would be awesome to have the same feature here.

Customize the Email Invite and make default for RingCentral Meetings for ALL users
Currently the only option to do this appears to be:https://support.ringcentral.com/article/Customize-Email-Invite-RingCentral-Meetings.htmlMake the change every time through outlook, users won't do this every time as its not practical.orADD to the template. I want to REMOVE/CUSTOMIZE the verbiage not add. Help
