Teams lets you post files and images to the chat. Zoom supports files. Ring supports neither.

title new meetings without having to schedule them
When I "start video meeting", I don't believe there is a way to title it. I think if I want it to be titled, I have to actually schedule it in advance. It would be nice to be able to title my "spur of the moment" meetings, especially if I'm recording it and want to reference it later.

Test audio and video button during "waiting for host to open meeting" screen
a test mic/webcam button on the "waiting for meeting" splash page that lets you access your settings and test audio and video would be very great.

Calendar setup to delete or stop forwarding users
This would be a HUGE help to large companies with lots of staff. Sometimes its hard to remember to go back and remove users or stop forwarding calls.

Access to Messages & Other Tools While Editing Notes
I'd love to be able to take notes using the Notes feature while also messaging with folks. As far as I can tell, I need to save and close my note in order to message while using the app.

Different Icons
Icons that can indicate like/dislike/yes/no/raise hand etcCan be customized base don RC colors or such. This is very useful in class especially in bigger classes where they ask questions.

Customized post-meeting survey
Often I hear a request from customers to customize the current post-meeting pop-up survey. Some customers want to disable it altogether, some want to customize the question/questions (and get the results), and some want to replace what's there with a URL of their choice to redirect meeting participants to a specific location.

Show countdown timer for meeting time left on screen.Can be option to setup for full meeting or last 10-15 mins.Can be dismissed by host Large font (non distracting on the corner of the screen bottom or top).
