Hybrid Work: Meeting check-in feature for physical meeting rooms/in-person meeting attendees
I've noticed that now that folks are starting to return to office, when there are folks attending meetings in conference room, certain features become harder to manage such as sharing video recordings. In the virtual-only case, it's very easy to share a video recording and keep track of meeting attendees since everyone by default has to dial in online. Export Participants List
With RC Meetings, we have the option to export list of attendees to a .csv file - this is necessary when customers request this for their records (to see who attended vs who didn't). Currently, with RCV, I log into v.ringcentral.com, go to the recordings tab (which is only available if you recorded the meeting) and manually type each participant name into an Excel sheet. For a group of 100+ people, this takes a really long time. Would love the ability to view and export the Participants list (even if I didn't record the meeting) to Excel/.csv. This would save…

Chromecast content or video to another tv
If im sitting in my office with a TV in it, it would be nice to be able to shoot the content over to a different device through chromecast.

Not have to use a calendar to see any schedule created
We need to not have to have a calendar setup but still see list of scheduled meetings. Currently you must have a clanedar connected and you only see schedules for the next week.

Alternate Host
There should be a way to set a secondary host or moderator in a video meeting so that if the person who is scheduling a meeting was for some reason unavailable, the secondary host could start with those controls already. It would be neat if we could make this a permanent feature, such as John Doe is permanently a secondary host in all meetings scheduled by Jane Doe.

Allow Chat and Participants box to be separated from RC Video App, moved to any other screen
Allow the chat or participants box to be disconnected from the main app window and moved by itself, minimized, closed, etc.

Ability for an admin to take over a meeting
We need a way for an admin on the RC account to be able to take over Host capabilities for a meeting. Ex: Start meeting, mute all, recording, Breakout-rooms (when they are available), etc. Use Case: Sherry schedules a meeting with about 200 people invited. On the day it is supposed to happen, Sherry is out sick. There needs to be a way for someone else to take meeting host capabilities over to start the meeting and run it. Direct Camera Control - i.e. focus on face (on/off) without 3rd party webcam software i.e. LifeCam Studio - no support for Win 10
Enable direct adjustments without switching app or not having feature rich webcam software!

Provide soft lighting or other more flattering options
Zoom allows a set up where you can soften the lighting and slightly blur your video - makes you look a little more attractive on videos. Would be great to have a similar feature. If this feature already exists, make it far easier to find!

"Persistent Banners" showing title/company/name
Would be a great enterprise feature allowing users and guests to have their name, title and company appear as a banner at the bottom of their video. Great when meeting new clients. You can stay focused on the video instead of looking around for their name or looking up their title/company on LinkedIn or other platforms.

Require Email Address when joining RCV meeting
Require email address (or have an option to require it in setting up RCV) when a participant joins a RCV meeting, webinar, or event. This would help in the backend to properly track attendees and easily share to them the recording of the meeting.

Allow to set voice controls while in Waiting Room
While waiting for a Host to start the meeting in a waiting room, you could set voice features to allow multi-tasking while waiting.
