    This update is absolutely critical, the PDF report is so hard to work with.

    There is no point to having an automated report if its not dropped in the body of the email itself.

    Every other reporting tool ive ever seen puts the report in the body of the email!!!

    I strongly agree with Linda, it's extremely hard for my team to use the product when they have a free iphone app that does a far better job at transcriptions than this app does.

    How can Ring Central be lagging so far behind on such a high priority item? Automation is the name of the game right now
