  1. In order to remain on call when you accidently try to close the RingCentral app web page, add a pop-up to confirm you want to end the call. if not, return to the call.

  4. Option to disable email notification for Conversation Digest

    I’d like to request an enhancement for RingEX with AI. Currently, I keep receiving email notifications for the Conversation Digest, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to disable them.

    Since we don’t use RingSense, it would be helpful if users had the ability to opt in or out of Conversattion Digest email notifications. A toggle or setting in the user preferences would give us more control over what communications we receive.

  5. Can AI greeting be customized and On Demand for AI notes? We do not prefer to have the greeting right away before clients agree that we can take notes. We would like it to be similar to how you can do * 9 when you want to start and stop On Demand call recording.

  6. I hope I'm posting in the correct area. Your "Call Notes" are a godsend. It is an amazing tool and has already reduce my work load.

    I would propose that you embed the Call Detail in the notes at the top. For example:

    Contact Name / Number of the Call (From or To)
    Date of the Call (Not Yesterday but the date) / Time / Length of Call
    Outgoing/Incoming Call

    Then the actual notes.

    Currently, I have to copy/paste the top of the call notes into the Notes. You may ask why? Many times, I will Copy/Paste the call notes…

  7. Currently, managers can access Call Monitoring and Call Recordings for their team members. However, there is no option for managers to view AI-generated call transcripts for other users.

    It would be highly beneficial for managers to have this access for quality assurance, coaching, and compliance purposes. This feature would align well with existing monitoring permissions and improve managerial oversight.

The automatic call notes are great, but unfortunately it does not work when the call is handled in the google chrome extension, even when a user had the option to automatically transcribe all calls and generate notes turned on. Many of our staff like the simplicity of the extension and we want them to be able to utilize the notes feature as well.

  9. The customer wants this setting to be automatically enabled and enforced within the RingCentral Web app. AI features are already activated in both the Admin Portal and User Settings, so this option should remain enabled by default.

  10. When an external caller is not saved in the company contacts, AI notes show the name of the caller as Participant[xxxx] (xxxx is the last 4 digits of the caller's number). Even if the caller has a CNAM, it still shows Participant[xxxx] in AI notes.

    It would be a great addition to the feature if it could incorporate the CNAM in AI notes, and display the CNAM of the caller instead of Participant[xxxx] if the caller's number is not saved in the company contacts.

  16. I love the recap and the task list. AI must get better at deciphering/translating some of the terms used in the conversation. However, I'm still very impressed and can just make a few edits to the recap and tasks. This certainly beats trying to manually take notes during a conversation!
