French Canadian language support
Request to leverage RingSense for customer claim calls, however they service all of Canada.
Quebec law requires that they serve customers in Quebec in French.

Spanish Support for RingSense Transcription and Translation (to English)
Ability to transcribe calls spoken in Spanish in Spanish within the RingSense transcript with the added functionality to translate to English if managers cannot speak/read Spanish

Customize ring tone for different call queue calls
Ability to customize the ring tone on user's end per call queue hotline. It will help the users to identify the call queue origination of the incoming call.

When making or receiving incoming call. Switch the call to another device by pressing any key on the dialer
It will be more easier if we make an outgoing call, we can easily switch the call to mobile app even still the number is ringing by just dialing any key from the dialer

Create Voice prompts to direct calls
Ex An inbound caller hears the Company greeting, "Press 1 or say billing".
The callers speaks "billing".
Ai recognizes the vocal prompt and treats it as if the caller had dialed 1.
OpenPhone competitor does this.

RingCX Section 508 Compliance Agent side
In keeping with ADA and Compliance, Section 508 will require that the RingCX agent interface jumps to the new message versus putting a blue bubble down arrow when the external party sends a digital communication. NOTE: a visually impaired agent using software like Jaws may not be notified of a new message from the external party unless the new message triggers the disability software like jaws to trigger because the screen has changed when it jumps to the latest message.

Add Label column in Company Numbers Report detail output
Currently the Company Numbers report in the analytics portal does not display a column for the phone number Label in the report output displayed in the portal (bottom portion that shows KPIs by individual phone number). It only displays a column showing the actual company phone number (e.g. +13125555555). The only way to see the label of the phone number in the report is if a user downloads the PDF or Excel file.
