Mute In-Call Voice Notifications for Call Recording & Transcripts On
If you are automatically recording a phone call, then go to toggle on SmartNotes you will receive two voice notifications if a customer calls in.
The initial where you hear "This call is being recorded" then an additional voice notification, "Transcript turned on".
There really should be an option to disable the transcript turned on message as it already notified that this message is being recorded.
Two voice notifications back to back only confuses the client calling in.

The ability to turn off the in-call notification that alerts that all calls are being transcribed. Call recordings are enough.

Enable AI transcription features with desk phone pairing
When no desk phone is paired in the RingCentral app, the AI transcribe features work. When a desk phone is paired, the button is grayed out and not useable.

Silence Transcribing Announcement
There should be an option to silence the announcement that plays when AI is starting to transcribe a note. This announcement is loud, and it speaks over us greeting our clients. It's confusing to our clients and sometimes results in them hanging up the call because they think they're calling the wrong establishment.

ring ex verbal prompt or whisper - option to turn off
Ability to have the option to remove the verbal prompt or whisper when it records and transcribes the phone calls. In New York, the law does not require that both people on the call have to be aware that it is being recorded. I don't want them to hear the whisper as it might make them feel uncomfortable.
I would also like the option to use this function on my physical desk phone, if possible.

Ability for administrator to remove "Generate notes for all calls" function
We need to make sure our employees make a conscious decision to turn AI features because there are many legal restrictions around recording/transcribing conversations where our business operates. We do not want to remove the option entirely, but we want to require the users to manually turn it on each time, not have the ability to toggle it on so that the feature runss automatically every time a call is made.

Smart notes (AI) when transferring calls (Fix)
Right now, when the customers transfer the call to another user, the smart notes are still showing as the person who transferred the call and the recipient. Please fix it so that smart notes will reflect the parties who are having the conversation.

RingCentral - Granular AI Assistance
Currently, RingCentral's AI assistance features, like call summaries and sentiment analysis, are applied broadly without much customization. This feature request suggests enabling more granular control, allowing businesses to manage these features by specific user roles or individual extensions. It also includes the ability to disable AI assistance for all users and selectively re-enable it as needed. This would enhance flexibility and make the AI features more valuable for businesses of all sizes.

Automatically Enable AI Transcription,Notes as soon as call connects
Allow calls to initiate the Smart Notes and transcription as soon as the call connects weather its inbound or outbound. Also add option for Super Admin to controls to allow or not the users to pause the transcription or recording.

Add support for RCV into RingSense AI Assistant
Currently, in order to get next steps and Q&A from RCV, you need to have RingSense for Sales. Customers are asking for this to be part of the RingSense EX as they don't want all the extra features from RingSense for Sales.

RingSense: Call Transcripts should be Integrated with Salesforce
Customer feedback: Have an API that sends the transcript to Salesforce. RingSense to send call transcripts to Salesforce.
Significance: Once the call has successfully been transcripted by RingSense the entry should be sent or integrated with Salesforce.

I would like the ability to see all of the user's Call Notes so that we can access them all from one place or the admin can quickly check over things.
