  1. just like CALL RECORDING works on all phones regardless of method dialed or answered (via Ring Central App and physical Desk Phones / VOIP), please make AI NOTE TAKING work on VOIP physical desk phones, too. Note taking only works if a call is active in the app, which doesn't work in my situation with external VOIP headset.

    Calls made from or to my desk phone get CALL RECORDING automatically and I can replay the recordings. But not AI NOTE TAKING, even when i my account settings have AI Note Taking set to ON FOR ALL CALLS.

  2. Agent needs to see coaching in real time. Meaning if a agent needs to upsell a client the agent needs the feedback while in the call. Right now all I see is that the feedback is given after the call is over which is not good enough

  3. Transcription is not good for spanish when a summary of the call is being done by AI or in ringsense on the backend. It is completely wrong

We need to make sure our employees make a conscious decision to turn AI features because there are many legal restrictions around recording/transcribing conversations where our business operates. We do not want to remove the option entirely, but we want to require the users to manually turn it on each time, not have the ability to toggle it on so that the feature runss automatically every time a call is made.

  8. "Overall, I mean, let's say you have the message template, but what is the sense If it doesn't change the name in the message automatically, for an example you have a message,

    Dear XXX, I would like to...

    The automation thing that is missing is to make the XXX to change automatically in the customer's name, it could be done by AI or just a simple variable."

  14. We recently enabled AI Notes for our organization, which works well for all users. However, we've noticed an issue where when users pause or turn off the AI Notes, no notification or alert is provided to inform them that the notes have been paused or turned off.

  16. Currently, RingCentral's AI assistance features, like call summaries and sentiment analysis, are applied broadly without much customization. This feature request suggests enabling more granular control, allowing businesses to manage these features by specific user roles or individual extensions. It also includes the ability to disable AI assistance for all users and selectively re-enable it as needed. This would enhance flexibility and make the AI features more valuable for businesses of all sizes.

  17. The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
    There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
    Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.

  19. There should be an option to silence the announcement that plays when AI is starting to transcribe a note. This announcement is loud, and it speaks over us greeting our clients. It's confusing to our clients and sometimes results in them hanging up the call because they think they're calling the wrong establishment.

  20. When no desk phone is paired in the RingCentral app, the AI transcribe features work. When a desk phone is paired, the button is grayed out and not useable.
