Allow non-Admins to disable the AI Assistant feature on their individual extesnions/profile
Another change was made last week where now a ‘note’ section takes up most of the screen. Even after closing out of the note option, every time the phone is answered, it opens again.
Please advise how to de-activate these changes on the user end. Thank you!

This rollout seems extremely rushed. I had users coming to me thinking they were doing something wrong because they weren't using this "feature" and it was taking over their screen. In the end we disabled it for everyone using a template through the admin panel.
Please stop putting these half-thought-through features in by default. I like the idea, and I am sure I will re-enable this feature for individuals once they figure out how to make it smaller and less attention-demanding.
A colleague suggests this be a completely passive feature. Have it running, then at the end of the call have a small link to show the call summary pop-up, or be available through call history.
