Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

It's bad enough that I have to go back to the "calls" tab after every single call to prevent the call window from not opening up separately from the rest of the app, but having now to press a button to collapse the "notes" feature at the start of every call is equally annoying. Please leave the interface alone so that we don't have to keep pressing a button to normalize things; especially on a per-call basis!

I'm seeing this now as well. The previous behavior was to have the popout only happen when a call was taking place. Now it's all-or-nothing, which is rather unhelpful when using a touchscreen monitor.

As was mentioned by Josoel, it's bad enough that I have to go back to the "calls" tab after every single call to prevent the call window from not opening up separately from the rest of the app, but having now to press a button to collapse the "notes" feature at the start of every call is equally annoying.
