Generate Notes for All Calls
The customer wants this setting to be automatically enabled and enforced within the RingCentral Web app. AI features are already activated in both the Admin Portal and User Settings, so this option should remain enabled by default.

AI Notes for Multiple Picked Up Calls, Parked Calls, and Conference Calls
Significance: To be able to notate calls on AI for these features:
- Multiple picked-up calls in one instance. (First call when second call is picked up should still be included in the AI Notes)
- Calls placed on park and picked right back up should still be included in AI Notes.
- Conference calls or calls with multiple parties should also be picked up by AI Notes.6 votes -

Add AI transcription to desktop phone calls and recorded calls
Currently, only calls made through the app are transcribed and summarized with AI assistant. You should add this feature to calls made with a desktop phone, certainly if the app is open on your computer. At the very least, you should be able to send recorded calls to the AI assistant and get a summary in return

AI Notes to capture the CNAM as the name of the caller/participant
When an external caller is not saved in the company contacts, AI notes show the name of the caller as Participant[xxxx] (xxxx is the last 4 digits of the caller's number). Even if the caller has a CNAM, it still shows Participant[xxxx] in AI notes.
It would be a great addition to the feature if it could incorporate the CNAM in AI notes, and display the CNAM of the caller instead of Participant[xxxx] if the caller's number is not saved in the company contacts.

AI Analytics - Transferred Calls
In the RingCentral AI Analytics dashboard, the data for Transferred calls is not provided by category. The Transferred by Name report does not actually show the calls that used transferred by name skill during a call.

Change the "Share" option for Outlook to use the default email client rather than OWA
At the moment when you wish to share the notes via email, the Outlook option launches a new email in Outlook Web Access. This should be changed to follow the system settings and default email client so that "Outlook (Classic)" can be used.
The primary use case for a lot of businesses is that Outlook's desktop client may have COM add-ins which are required for their business operations, and do not function in OWA.

RingSense Trackers and Tags being customized per department/team or user.
Need the ability to have different trackers per user/teams. As the customer service team does not care about the same trackers as the sales team.

Manage Post-call Summary and Automatic notes account wide via Admin Portal
We would like to have the capability to configure or manage Post-call Summary and Automatic notes via the Admin Portal. This will be a great help for us Admins to manage user-level AI settings.

Allow AI Notes and Transcripts to be pulled by Zapier.
Some of us don't use SalesForce. My firm uses MyCase. I'd like to use Zapier to pull the transcription and the AI summary and post to a call item in MyCase. Right now, I can't pull recordings, transcripts, or notes through Zapier, only call logs and contacts.

Add email address to the AI notes summary
Mike requested an enhancement to AI notes. currently, after client calls, RingCentral emails notes with the contact's name and phone number, but not the email address. He’d like the email address included so their Cirrus Insight Outlook plug-in can automatically match the call notes to the correct Salesforce contact, saving time and manual effort.

automatically take notes of the conversation so we can refer back to them if needed
Let AI take notes that we can refer back to when needed, and that we can see in real time while still on the call. Noting the entire conversation for the duration of the call

AI keyword script recognition
i would like the ability to be able to upload scripts/key words that the ai would "listen" for and then supply in the notes that it takes during the call. for instance an outline of perhaps 10 items and like a checklist the ai will recognize what they did and did not comply with re asking the various 10 items and the outcomes of those responses.

digest
Option to disable email notification for Conversation Digest
I’d like to request an enhancement for RingEX with AI. Currently, I keep receiving email notifications for the Conversation Digest, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to disable them.
Since we don’t use RingSense, it would be helpful if users had the ability to opt in or out of Conversattion Digest email notifications. A toggle or setting in the user preferences would give us more control over what communications we receive.
