Smart notes (AI) when transferring calls (Fix)
Right now, when the customers transfer the call to another user, the smart notes are still showing as the person who transferred the call and the recipient. Please fix it so that smart notes will reflect the parties who are having the conversation.

RingSense Trackers and Tags being customized per department/team or user.
Need the ability to have different trackers per user/teams. As the customer service team does not care about the same trackers as the sales team.

Disable notifications RingSense
Hey All, I have a customer using RIngSense for scoring calls and they were wondering if an Admin has the ability to control their users notifications settings.
This article was all I coudl find and through my own exploring I could not find a way for admins to adjust this for their users.
Use case - The managers want to be able to score these calls but not have their users be aware that the calls have been scored.
This is for Better Business Bureau who has around 100 users today but looking to expand in future.

Add support for RCV into RingSense EX
Currently, in order to get next steps and Q&A from RCV, you need to have RingSense for Sales. Customers are asking for this to be part of the RingSense EX as they don't want all the extra features from RingSense for Sales.

overview Insights in progress too slow
Load time is too slow and takes over an hr. Have it let us access the raw transcripts immediately while the system does its thing with the other ai stuff?

RingSense should allow temporary filter in My Calls Dashboard
The RingSense for Sales Dashboard is good however it would be useful to add filtering capabilities (could be in multiple tabs) for specific trackers (like new product, like cancellation/RMA, like softskills I want to watch over) while using the same Goals. As such, it would make search for my next calls/meeting to review faster.
Example: My Goals is to review all calls with tracker A, B and C with the negative sentiment and with a rating between 0 and 5.
However, I want to track the new product "Blue" or specific individual (on my watch list) or they never talk…2 votes -
