  2. When no desk phone is paired in the RingCentral app, the AI transcribe features work. When a desk phone is paired, the button is grayed out and not useable.

  9. There should be an option to silence the announcement that plays when AI is starting to transcribe a note. This announcement is loud, and it speaks over us greeting our clients. It's confusing to our clients and sometimes results in them hanging up the call because they think they're calling the wrong establishment.

  10. Right now, when the customers transfer the call to another user, the smart notes are still showing as the person who transferred the call and the recipient. Please fix it so that smart notes will reflect the parties who are having the conversation.

  13. Hey All, I have a customer using RIngSense for scoring calls and they were wondering if an Admin has the ability to control their users notifications settings.

    This article was all I coudl find and through my own exploring I could not find a way for admins to adjust this for their users.

    Use case - The managers want to be able to score these calls but not have their users be aware that the calls have been scored.

    This is for Better Business Bureau who has around 100 users today but looking to expand in future.

    Upon checking with the RS engineering team we are advices that:

    • Early Access program, please note that their early access period will be ending in October. Please make sure customers are aware that their free beta access to these features (SmartNotes, AI Writer, and AI Summaries) will be removed in October. Updates will be provided soon

  15. Currently, RingCentral's AI assistance features, like call summaries and sentiment analysis, are applied broadly without much customization. This feature request suggests enabling more granular control, allowing businesses to manage these features by specific user roles or individual extensions. It also includes the ability to disable AI assistance for all users and selectively re-enable it as needed. This would enhance flexibility and make the AI features more valuable for businesses of all sizes.

  16. The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
    There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
    Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.

  18. Currently, in order to get next steps and Q&A from RCV, you need to have RingSense for Sales. Customers are asking for this to be part of the RingSense EX as they don't want all the extra features from RingSense for Sales.
