ring ex verbal prompt or whisper - option to turn off
Ability to have the option to remove the verbal prompt or whisper when it records and transcribes the phone calls. In New York, the law does not require that both people on the call have to be aware that it is being recorded. I don't want them to hear the whisper as it might make them feel uncomfortable.
I would also like the option to use this function on my physical desk phone, if possible.

Negative Tracker Alert
The ability to create negative trackers and receive alerts when they are triggered would be a valuable feature. For instance, if a tracker for negative customer sentiment is triggered, it can automatically notify the manager.

Add notes as user
Not looking for AI feature but want to have ability to add notes as a user from the call recording.
-something where he can type in notes next to the call recording - not AI generated. something that can add the columns, date time, duration.

The suggestion is that, in playback view, clicking on 'Sentiment' shows the negative pinpoints in the interaction timeline which will let Supervisor drill down to exactly where negativity was marked.

Proposal to Enhance Tracker Reporting with Key Phrase Metrics
We would like to propose an enhancement to our reporting capabilities regarding the Trackers.
Currently, the reports provide us with the date, time, and total number of calls within specified periods. However, it would be immensely beneficial to include metrics on the frequency of key phrases mentioned during these calls.Incorporating this data would allow us to generate more comprehensive reports and effectively track the usage of specific key phrases over time. This information could greatly enhance our analysis and improve our strategic decision-making.

Disable notifications RingSense
Hey All, I have a customer using RIngSense for scoring calls and they were wondering if an Admin has the ability to control their users notifications settings.
This article was all I coudl find and through my own exploring I could not find a way for admins to adjust this for their users.
Use case - The managers want to be able to score these calls but not have their users be aware that the calls have been scored.
This is for Better Business Bureau who has around 100 users today but looking to expand in future.

As a RingSense admin, you can go to admin settings -> People -> Users. From here, select specific set of people and disable their notifications from the action menu bar at the top of the table.

RingSense Auto & Manual Redaction
In Conjunction with the Auto Redaction, Offer a new Role/Permission for Manual Redaction allowing an authorized user to redact via audio timeline and or the transcript that places the traditional marker line over the audio/text section. When redacted all corresponding data will be updated with the marker hiding the text/audio.

Ability to support multiple instances of a CRM/CRMs for one customer
Many organizations have multiple separated instances of CRMs. Currently, RingSense is not able to support this. With the ability to support multiple, the deals, coaching and trackers would only allow managers to see the data relevant to their team and CRM instance.

With RingSense for Sales, there are use cases where we need to include in the deal review (Deal Intelligence) what has been said during internal meetings to get a full spectrum of the status of the deal (presales and post-sales).

A better E-mail notification system when a new feature is added on the System.
The Customer raised a concern that they weren't notified properly in regards to the AI assistant implementation.
There were no warnings that the AI feature will be applied to their phone system. This has affected their HIPAA compliance.
Now, The Customer wants to have an automated notification that a feature has been added on their account, preferably via E-mail.1 vote -

Audit Trail will monitor new role/permission for Redactions and Remove Redactions (show individual interactions).
Audit Trail will bolster Security of Data
Audit Trail should not be able to be deleted by anyone, should run for 12 months or more. Search and results should be able to be downloaded or printed. NOTE: emailing a file like this unencrypted is less desirable and poses data privacy issues.
