    As of the moment based on the test we did - T54W with an expansion module is not compatible with Shared Lines.

    The phone of the customer has an expansion module they would like to request to also add Yealink T54W with expansion as a compatible phone for shared lines

  3. It would be great if we had the option to increase the size of the CTI dialer using RingCentral for Salesforce. This way, we will be able to complete the notes while logging the call without scrolling up or down.

    It's very convenient if we can increase at least the height of the dialer.

  4. The HUD is usefui for fingsing an extension number while displaying the call status. The list doesn't seem to have any order about it. I have been told we have to manually move the users around the screen to put them in alphabetical order but that is time consuming and would require ongoing changing.
    Can it be sorted by username alphabetically?

  5. When the called or calling party disconnected the call, disconnect the call right away instead of having the time running without having waiting for the user to disconnect the call. This will increase company's productivity.

    Sometimes due to some network issues user will still stay on the line without knowing the other line disconnected the call already.

    Limit the attempt time as well when having a bad connection error, disconnect the call if it take longer

  7. If a call sits on hold for an extended time, we would like to have the call to ring another extension. Customers get mad when on hold for more than three minutes.

  8. Currently, we can only use the 'Picklist' data type when creating tasks or dispositions when logging a call.

    It would be great if we also had the option to use the 'Picklist (Multi-select)' data type just like with other carriers such as Tenfold.

  9. calendar for events still shows a 12 hr format but after creating a task/events it shows 24 hr format as what is set up in user details, it could have been better if creating a task will mirror the regional settings in user details. Even on the calendar it shows 12hr format and much better if it has an option to be change into 24 hr format.

The customer is attempting to integrate LeadSquared with RingCentral, but it appears that they need to contact the developer to set it up, as indicated on the App Gallery's "contact us" section. Is it possible to add a setup option for integrating LeadSquared with RingCentral on the App Gallery?

  18. Please add a TODAY button for the calendar on the mobile app. If we want to look at an appointment two weeks ago or next month, we have to scroll through week by week and then if we want to get back to today, we have to scroll the other way to get back to today.

  19. Allow us to see more appointments in the MONTH view of the workspace (calendar) on computer. Currently we can only see the first 3 or 4 appts, the rest show as +1 +2 etc.
    Before when this was Glip, we were able to see at least 5 to 6 in each day in the month view

  20. Most, if not all Communications systems have the ability to set a zero destination for physical phones. This is a critical need in the Hospitality, Healthcare, and SLED space. Example: A guest is in their hotel room and would like to speak to the front desk. Invariably, zero is pushed, It is engrained behavior. Hospital Rooms have the same need.In SLED, many common area phones provide the same function. Dial zero for assistance or information.Our inability to perform this basic task is causing our team(s) to have to sell around and/or creatively solve for this need.
