  1. Ringlabs Automator looks like it will be great for automating SMS routines without the need to create my own webhook subscription system. Would like to see the URI if an attachment exists be exposed as a variable.

  2. In really like the current integration with Teams and how it integrates with scheduling perfectly, but I was a bit disappointed to find out that you can't make a video call, only audio. Teams call quality is generally pretty bad and I was hoping to utilize the power of RingCentral.Also I think this would be a big selling point for you guys, if video meetings were possible through the Teams app, this would eliminate the need to have Zoom for this kind of use case.

RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams account would like to have the option to disable False Answer Supervision. current behavior: When a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, the call gets automatically answered as SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is being sent right awat. expected behavior: While SIP 200 OK (False Answer Supervision) is disabled.If a call is received in RingCentral Cloud PBX MS teams, an MFA will be sent to the user. The call will only connect when the user authenticates using the code.

  7. While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

Can you please create a direct integration with Freshworks/Freshsuite CRM to connect to call directly through Freshworks CRM and connect calls and recordings to contacts in Freshworks CRM? also to connect files, video messaging, scheduling, SMS and team and customer chat all through Ringcentral frominside the Freshworks/Fresh Suite CRM without having to use a paid connector 3rd party PLEASE!!

  12. Up until a year or so, anything my organizationor user would receive a fax the fax's content would be in the notification email in a pdf file. This was very convenient and did not require us to log in to the app or the portal to read the content. It was flexible.Now, I must log into the app (on my phone) or on the portal (on my computer) to download/view the fax message. Instead of moving towards integration and facility this was a move backward.

  16. The only thing we found was the Teams integration is great but does not stand alone on its own. For us and they way we work, if the RC app has to be installed along with the plug in to work with Teams, it almost is not needed since the RC app has to be there anyways, we feel it would just be more beneficial to just use the RC app on its own.If there is a way for it to stand alone on the Teams RC app on its own, we would be more wanting to use it

  18. On occasion a user doesn't realize their Salesforce extension is not logged in. This causes calls to not be logged. The extension is minimized so the user doesn't see the Sign-in button. It would be helpful if the minimized extension would have a visual indicator that it is not logged in.

  20. Integrate Ring Central with our point of sale, Repair Desk, so that when we are logged into Repair Desk and a customer call comes through, the customers info will come up and what repair they currently have in our store.
