  2. We use a product called Knock CRM to handle inbound calls after hours and when all of our staff are unavailable to answer a call for leasing an apartment. It has a call out feature that when clicked, triggers a call to the users phone, and then creates a call to the original caller and merges them. It would be great if we could just tie that directly into our RingCentral system.

  3. Some parts of the description and subject are totally unnecessary and messy because it's double information and the recording link. The ability to make it shortened and not expanded so long should be possible

  5. Clicking the Dial button / Phone icon in the Home page of Dynamics 365 only pull up the RC App for outbound calls and not using the RC for Teams Desktop Plugin. The RC for Teams DP only works when clicking the phone number to make outbound calls in the Contacts page of Dynamics 365.

  9. It'd be great to have a way to choose the default license type for users.

    Currently while we've got Directory Sync on, it often fails because we've exhausted our licenses, I've got some users that we want to have in RC to handle analytics, or manage the RC instance, instead of just adding them to the group we've got syncing they need to be manually created in RC.

  10. "Some users show up with a RingCentral "R" next to their name, and others do not, even though all users have licenses and extensions in RingCentral. The users with the "R" have "sources" for the contact - and only list RingCentral. There are users with both RingCentral AND Microsoft Teams as their "source"

    This changes some behavior in the Teams integration. Users with both Teams and RingCentral "sources" will not display the user's extension in the contact book next to their name; instead, you have to click the user to see their extension."

  12. The option to log call queue messages is not an option unless you are assigned as the direct message recipient which makes the co-recipient feature futile. There should be a more user-friendly option to include call queue-only messages in the dialer for logging purposes.

  15. Customer doesn't have a dial button on his RC for MS Dynamics (browser) when he receives an incoming call. Also, need to utilize the Regarding field in call logs and call logs not automatically populating information for multiple contacts

  17. Want the external stereo system to ring if a call comes in the BT Cloud Phone Number. The office/environment is very noisy and the stereo is necessary to hear the incoming calls.

  19. Quickbase is a database solution that allows for seamless integrations through Pipelines, Webhooks, and APIs. A partnership would expose your services to a wider audience, and with no other phone solutions available for the platform, you could expect a high rate of acquisition.

  20. email contacts added in RC App show as "Email" when trying to use it in sending email via Microsoft 365
    As per cx all contacts are added in the RingCentral app and she wants it to sync with MS 365
