MS TEAMS - automatically hold MS teams calls when answering an RC call and vice-versa
conditions: having teams calls + RC EA in teams active and logged in.
as in RC app, having the ability to manage multiple incoming calls (hold lines automatically)
example 1:
when on an active call on teams, a user receives another RC call and answers it, the EA should be able to hold the MS teams call and keep only the RC call active.example 2:

Attribute Mapping | Active Directory
The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.
It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

Sync Teams Status with RC Status
As a company we rely on our Microsoft Teams status (NOT RC) to let staff know our availability and more importantly to route external calls to relevant call queues\voicemails, etc. when unavailable or on a call. We use RC Teams embedded dialer app to make\receive external calls. DND is the only Teams status that sync's across to RC and drops that status into DND which will achieve the desired result of forwarding calls on for answer via call queues etc. I would like to see the following Teams statuses achieve the same thing. Provide features to personalize the default logging of a subject line.
I would love to be able to personalize the default subject line logged for an SMS in Salesforce. Notably, if I could make it "SMS with <name>" or--even better--"SMS about <x>" from the first line in my notes or something of the like.

Request Overview: The customer requests the ability for external shared contacts that appear in the RingEX company directory to also be visible in the RingCX directory.
Current Behavior: Currently, external shared contacts added to the RingEX company directory do not automatically appear in the RingCX directory. This lack of synchronization requires users to manually add or manage contacts across both platforms, resulting in duplication of efforts and potential discrepancies between directories.

Call forwarding in RingCentral for Outlook
I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.
Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.

Silent Install of RingCentral app. via Intunes
Intunes is limited to mobile only, and silent install via intunes is not available. It would be great if silent installation via intunes will be available as it is more easy to execute to the other devices.

RingCentral for Outlook using New Outlook
Currently, the RingCentral for Outlook integration is only visible using the old Outlook layout.
It would be great if we have the option to have this available in the new Outlook layout.
Per Microsoft KB: COM Add-ins will not be supported in the new Outlook for Windows but will continue to work in classic Outlook for Windows.

RC EA for MS Teams - Firewall for MSI Deployment
The end-user doesn't have problems with both the Ring app AND the Teams plugin. The problem isn't installing the app, but specifically after the app is deployed it asks the user to Allow changes to the firewall.
Do we have any Documentation that shows how to Deploy the Apps without asking the user to Allow changes to the Firewall? The users are prohibited from making changes to the Firewall. Microsoft Defender is blocking the full Deployment, and the Staff do not have admin rights in their Microsoft accounts, so IT has to do an MSI Push.

Noise cancellation feature on the RingCentral for Google extension
The noise cancellation feature available on the RingCentral app should be made available via Google Chrome extension or other browser-based integrations without having to set the 'RingCentral app' as the calling mode.

RingCentral for Google - Display the actual phone number as opposed to the CLID name.

RC for Zapier - Accessing Zap in behalf of another Extensions
I wondering how I can get access through Zapier and/or Integrately to all of the organizations Missed Calls, Voicemails, etc, not just the ones specific to the user. I am trying to access the records from " Main number voicemail box 2 Message-Only Extension" To intgrate follow ups in our CRM afterhours but it doesn't seem like these are published to the admin account that I am connecting
