  3. I'd love the "quote" feature to only include the first line of the message and link back to the original message to see the full content. The log gets pretty clogged up when a message is very long, and people keep quoting multiple quotes after the original message. It would be great if you had a "reply" feature in addition to "quote" (or instead of it) that allowed you to respond within a message in a conversation style, similar to Facebook. This would allow you to collapse messages with many responses and expand when needed. Active conversations with new replies…

  4. Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

  6. It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

  7. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

  9. In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

  18. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

  19. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.
