  3. I would like to see 911 notifications go to specific email based on site codes.

    Currently, we are receiving 911 notifications to a distribution email, where I have to forward out to individual site leadership. If we can break down the 911 notifications, and have them go to email based on site code or some other identifying metric, that would be extremely beneficial. Especially in cases where we have over 60 sites.

  6. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.

  11. Customer scanning prescriptions direct via RingCentral MVP App for fax attachment. He is looking for the option on scanning that can choose greyscale; black&white; etc. A feature he found from RingCentral Phone for the desktop app.

  12. Customer is looking for this feature which, he is claiming that it was existing before.

    Issue : RingCentral Outbound Click to Dial via URL is Broken

    Steps to replicate :
    1. He opens command prompt or the RUN black box.
    2. He submitted URL link that will dial out, together with the extension number users would like to reach.
    3. Example : tel://8005958110,,2,,60128#,1
    4. It should dial via the RingCentral MVP App and it should connected to the correct extension.

  13. Triggers for workflows are around sms and calls, would be nice if I could trigger based on date and time as well. Like at 4pm say "Please check your time cards before leaving for the day team". I could do something like this via tasks and calendar but like the idea of being able to use it here also

  16. Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

  20. RC has a frustrating limitation:
    When configuring phone hardware, Phone must be set up as EITHER a "User Phone" or a "Common Area Phone".
    -The only way "hot desking" login is possible is to configure device as a "Common Area Phone".
    -"Hot desking" login by other users is impossible on any "User Phone" devices.
    -Fun fact: Every night any users signed into a "Common Area" type phone are forcibly logged out, necessitating the login process EVERY MORNING for the phone to work.

    Consider this case:
    'Employee A' works in a busy lobby 95% of the time.
