  1. It would be nice if we could set a future date on the Disable User confirmation window, so we can schedule out our MACD's. User will be disabled on X date and time. rather than instantly.

  2. I need to know if we can download the training videos. We have our own LMS where we can assign training to users and I am not able to do so when they are just linked to a page such as where your videos are hosted. Is there a path or medium to download them?

  5. automatically sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace

    I want to sync RingCentral contacts to Google Workspace without changing our current SCIM setup.
    I have some teams on Google Voice that need to be able to see our other teams on RingCentral for call handling.

    Importing via a .csv file is not effective as the file will need to be periodically downloaded from RingCentral, and then imported into Google Workspace.

  7. Could you create a Workflow template where your presence will auto-change in the RingCentral app based on your office hours or set hours? For example, if you don't work on weekends, your presence should auto-change to Invisible or DND.

    We love this idea. We are planning an upcoming feature called Scheduled workflows which should be the perfect way to help manage presence statuses. We will try to include this ability in that release in Q3 2025.

  8. Currently, every time a user changes their status in MS Teams/Teams Embedded App, it shows in the Audit Trail in the Admin Portal, which causes the logs to become cluttered, making it difficult to track other important activities.

    We are looking for an option to prevent these status change logs from appearing in the audit trail.

  11. I'm going to try this a fourth time without getting closed. Please keep the discussion in the case. I jump locations and its hard to keep up with a phone.

    We need this vulnerabillity solved. Its a 2022 CVE so it should have been addressed prior to inventory going out.

  17. Problem Statement: Currently, the SSO Enable toggle switch is visilbe to all users regardless of their roles. This can create confusion for users who do not have the permission to modify these settings and may propose a risk for accidential misconfigurations.

    Proposed Solution: Introduce a role base visibility logic for the SSO toggle, usign a user settings template to determine visibility based on specific role levels. This approach ensures that only the selected admins etc can view and manage the setting while hiding it from other users and provide more flexibility in managing roles.
