Show Microsoft Teams AD information for caller instead of extension only
We have a group within Ring Central, when internal calls from Microsoft Teams other people and services come through they are showing the extension number, rather than showing the Microsoft Teams information of users or service.We do not use extension numbers, as we use Microsoft Teams as our interface for calling which provides all the information in Active Directory, (name, site, full number). When this is displayed it does not mean anything to the person answering the call, so when answering the phone we have no idea who is calling to start with which is hindering our customer services through…

Notification bot to pull notification from Crowdstrike Falcon
It is useful as it will be a faster way to get notified if an alert of the particular criteria gets triggered. One won't have to check emails or have to keep the portal open all the time to get notification.

Save Voicemails in MS Teams when using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral.
The Users are using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral to make/receive and transferring calls. When we transfer calls to another user through Bridge, the voicemails are being saved in the RC app. We would like that to be saved in MS Teams instead.

If it is possible to dial out using cellphone number/from the phone without using the app but the RingCentral number will appear.
Customer wants to dial a code from his phone before/after the phone number they want to call which will initiate a call that will show their ringcentral number instead of their cellphone number

Why is that automatic call recording records on hold marketing when calling and not called?
I find it odd that RingCentral allows the automatic call recording to record on hold marketing music when we are the ones who intiated the call but not when we are called. What could be the reason for this other than "system limitation"?

Allow Bluetooth integration with functions in cars without making it the default app, like Google Voice and Grasshopper do.

Support for PIDF-LO (emergency header information) xml info (Microsoft Teams Direct Routing)
With the passing of Ray Baum's Act (effective 1/6/2022), our current or prospective Direct Routing customers for Microsoft Teams will begin to examine whether RingCentral MVP can "process" PIDF-LO information originating from the MS Teams environment. Currently we do not. Customer preference will be to maintain emergency address/location information from within their MS Teams Admin Center environment, as opposed to being forced to manually change/update address/location information within ServiceWeb. Add Outbound call state in the Telephony.Status object
It's come to our attention that users of our application start ringing when they make an outbound call, so we would appreciate a fix in some way.Currently these states are supported in the users telephony status object: NoCall, Ringing, CallConnected, OnHold, ParkedCallUnfortunately we have no way to see if the user made an outbound call or is receiving an inbound call since both states use the Ringing value. Reusable meeting link share
It would be helpful for a host to be able to create a link, excluding the host's personal meeting ID information, for another user to have and use. In other words, if I have frequent appointments with "John Doe," I could create a "John Doe" meeting link for John and myself to have, and every time I have a meeting with "John Doe" I could just use his link.
