Contact synchronization with my CRM
This idea is to synchronize contacts from your CRM directly into RingCentral. This would provide several key benefits:
- Improved Caller ID: When customers call, their names will be properly displayed in RingCentral, eliminating the need for external Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) solutions to identify callers.
- Simplified Call Handling: Easily create customized call routing and handling rules based on your CRM contacts.
We will use this idea to aggregate interest in this feature across all CRMs, including, but not limited to, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zendesk, Bullhorn, Pipedrive, and more.

Need APIs to expose license usage details for BI reporting
Need APIs to expose Total, In Use and Available license counts as viewed in Service Web Portal under Billing > Licenses & Inventory. Also, the Live Reports license counts need to reflect the true counts from the license status report that can be downloaded from Live Report Analytics.APIs are needed to create an automated extract to feed an executive BI dashboard

RingCentral Sync with Salesforce Contacts
I am requesting an option to sync RC with Salesforce so, that all of the contacts from Salesforce (Jungo) sync with RC automatically as added. To do this as an import periodically is timely but, if able to sync automatically just as you are able to call from RC via Jungo, it would only make sense that the contacts would automatically sync to RC app as well. Support for PIDF-LO (emergency header information) xml info (Microsoft Teams Direct Routing)
With the passing of Ray Baum's Act (effective 1/6/2022), our current or prospective Direct Routing customers for Microsoft Teams will begin to examine whether RingCentral MVP can "process" PIDF-LO information originating from the MS Teams environment. Currently we do not. Customer preference will be to maintain emergency address/location information from within their MS Teams Admin Center environment, as opposed to being forced to manually change/update address/location information within ServiceWeb. Getting a lot of requests from the Channel on when and how we will support the new release of Windows 365 VDI environment... as well as Azure VDI environments. Common theme seems to be that our Partners hope that we are quicker to support this VDI environment compared to our previous experience with Citrix and VMWare.

Integration with Calendly
Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

Preferable LDAP connection to external LDAP's as well as the system to provide a internal speed dial list which a connection can be established from external devices via the generic SIP user interface e.g. legacy desk phones etc

Allow SCIM user extension creation without using a digital license
Would like the ability to provision users without digital license. Many users don't need a digital license until later on after onboarding, and the assignment of phone number/desk phone is a manual process so the user receives a phone number specific to their office location. Currently new users will provision until all unassigned digital licenses are used up, then fail with "License limit has been reached". Only work around is to manually create the user extension with their email so that SCIM will auto update their user attributes.

RingCentral for Salesforce: Record Types and Picklists
It would be helpful if the RingCentral for Salesforce integration allowed us to select which Record Type is used when creating Call Logs. Also, it would be helpful to enforce that only the expected values (e.g. in Picklists) are displayed to users. Presently, all active picklist values are displayed (irrespective of record type) which has the potential for errors during the call logging
