  3. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

Guest accounts (B2B Collabaration Users) in Microsoft Entra ID (previously Azure AD) should not sync along with regular contacts (Members) when using the MS Teams embedded dialer app. At a minimum, there should be an option to include or exclude Members/Guests when syncing Contacts.Many organizations use B2B Collaboration to provide single sign-on to their customers which causes large numbers of user records and it is not normal behavior for apps to sync these records by default when syncing contact records.   7. We are using the RC integration into teams. If someone calls and we press reply and choose "I will call you back in 10 minutes", it says that phrase to the customer.
    The customer then has 5 options, for example, press 2 to leave a voicemail, 3 to respond Yes, 4 to respond No, or 5 to respond "Call me Urgently".

  10. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  11. We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting…

  14. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly

  17. ...nce it has been integrated.. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.

  19. One groundbreaking feature we propose is the automatic synchronization of new contacts between various CRMs, including Jobber, and RingCentral. This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. More importantly, it would allow for immediate customer recognition when a call comes in, thereby elevating the service experience to a new level of personalization and efficiency.

  20. RingCentral for MS Teams 2.0 Embedded Dialer: limit RingCentral communication to RingCentral users.(ware malcomb UID:63084070023)During a recent MS Teams Embedded dialer POC, it seems RingCentral communication was sent to non RingCentral users via MS Teams. (see attached image 1)
