Screen Pop Question for Dynamics integration
We have implemented the integration between RingCentral and Dynamics 365, and it is working. Our user base has asked us if we can change the screen pop to open in a new tab, as if they are working on in a Dynamics screen and they receive an incoming call the screen pop in the current tab overrides what they are currently working on and they are losing work.I cannot see a setting that request the pop open in a new tab, are we able to do this, and if so can you point me in the direction of the setting where we change this?

Request is for a screen pop to occur in a new tab rather than on the same screen so that changes to the current record/screen they are in are not lost.
