Fetch list of device ids for a user via API (especially webrtc device ids)
Customers would like to be able to forward calls to a soft-phone or WebRTC device. Technically one can already forward calls to a device ID corresponding to desk (physical) phone because their device IDs are static. WebRTC device IDs are dynamic and volatile. Our system could route calls to them, but there is no way to obtain a list of Device IDs associated with a user. A webhook for when a change in emergency location has been detected.
In the RingCentral system, when a user's location has been detected to have changed the RingCentral system prompts said user to update their emergency location. What we would like to be able to do is receive a web-hook event when this happens instead, which then allows our 3rd party service to request and receive a much more in-depth emergency location from the user, which we can then pass back to RingCentral for the call routing. Ability to add alternate host in Outlook 365 add-on when scheduling a meeting
The ability to add an alternate host in the RingCentral Outlook 365 add-on. I can select an alternate host in the desktop app but not the Outlook 365 add-on. When scheduling meetings for my CEO, he sometimes has to leave his 1st group RingCentral call to join a different RingCentral call. When he joins the 2nd call, he disconnects the attendees in the first call because an alternate host can't be select for the first group call. Automate forwarding of faxes received at RingCentral as *.tif files to a folder on my local server without having to manually do this
I have a local Windows based server that automatically sorts all faxes located in a certain directory to correct patient folders. We receive hundreds of faxes per day throughout the day and it is tedious and time consuming to dedicate staff to manually download these fax files throughout the day. It would be advantageous if RingCentral could automatically forward these files directly into a folder on my server as they are received without requiring user intervention. For example my Domain is called LTD. As faxes are received at RingCentral they are forwarded into //LTD/Received Faxes/FileName.tif.

Choose Destination Folder for Archiver Backups
The Archiver app currently has no control over the destination folder - it just syncs directly to Google Drive, and I'm assuming, creates it's own folder on whatever account you synced it with. For our purposes, the whole point of backing up this data, was for our Team to have access to historical SMS between internal staff and our clients. If I'm the administrator and I sync Archiver to my account's Gdrive, then I'm the only one who can access that data, which defeats the entire purpose. Salesforce Integration: Populate "Completed Date/Time" field with Date/Time call was completed
The record created in Salesforce includes a "Completed Date/Time" field, but if a call was made on another device and then saved to Salesforce using the Call History tab, this field is populated with the date/time that the record was saved to Salesforce and not the Completed Date/Time of the call itself.

Call Que to Custom parked locations
We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. Integrate multiple domains on one account with multi-site setup
Right now, we only have the option to use one domain per account.
With a multiple site set up, it will be great if we can integrate each site to a different Microsoft Teams domain.
For example, one site is name@emortgagecaptial.comname@emortgagecaptial.com and the other is name@saxumventures.comname@saxumventures.com. They are two different Microsoft accounts.2 votes
