    Hello guys, I would like to see a Tip Bot inside of the MVP, Rainbow Office and similar Ring Central solutions, that allows the users to send and receive cryptocurrency tips and incentives through the app. So they can develop their own community tokens and have the option of using them integrated inside of the app and even use some other existing ones.     If a user links a call in RingCentral for Salesforce softphone to an existing salesforce record (e.g. account, contact), the user should be able to transfer that record to another user when they transfer the call.Consider the following workflow:A receptionist in a call group receives a call in the RingCentral for Salesforce softphone.RingCentral and Salesforce show a list of records the call might be related to.The receptionist selects the record that matches the call.     It would be very useful is you could access and reply to "Direct Messages" from within the Outlook plugin. This would save us from having to have multiple programs open and be able to work from within our outlook program.

  11. Integration with Practice Panther - legal practice management software

    It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

  16. Salesforce Avaya integration

    Avaya Cloud Office apps are not showing Salesforce account/contact information or logging communications to Salesforce, which has the RingCentral package. The two need to be integrated so that the Avaya Cloud Office apps can be used by Salesforce users who are away from their desks or prefer to handle communications on their mobile phones.

  17. Setting to allow Dial Pad to remain on top of other open screens.

    I run multiple screens with multiple applications running. When the Dial Pad is hidden under other screens, it is too clumsy to have to navigate back to the Ring Central app and open it back up.

  19. Add Call Queues to Zapier Integration

    We use Zapier to run a variety of automations whenever there are missed calls. Unfortunately, we cannot build any automations around call queues as this feature is not supported in the Ringcentral integration with Zapier which limits how we set up the system. Either we use a virtual user (that can integrate with Zapier) that forwards calls to multiple call agents or we use a call queue (that cannot integrate with Zapier) and give up all this extra functionality.Please add call queue support to Zapier!

  20. Reduce RingCentral's Session Timeout Setting from 7 Days for Salesforce Integration

    When using the Salesforce integration, RingCentral's session timeout setting is 7 days. Having checked with RingCentral support, this cannot be adjusted. If a user uses the RingCentral for Salesforce integration and does not logout, the Salesforce session will be kept active for 7 days. The scope of this idea is to permit RingCentral admins the capability to enforce session timeouts at the same intervals as the Salesforce Platform.
