    The ability to have Teams settings for both Voice and Digital side of RingCX. Only Standalone of Engage Digital and Voice has this setting.

  3. PLEASE remove the orange incoming call box in Pipedrive

    Anytime an incoming call comes in through my RingCentral App for a customer already in our system, an orange screen will come in from the left on Pipedrive and cover the current file I am working on. See attached. It's very frustrating. I first reached out to RingCentral who told me to contact Pipedrive only for them to tell me it was a developer problem on the RingCentral side as they don't have access to the program integration. I would like the option to disable this feature as it's very annoying and often times throws my team off from what…

    Speaking to a head of a university on Linkedin who mentioned they use something called Tribal. I've seen on some website that the integration is possible but not sure how it works?

  5. SMS box suggestion for phone APP in Pipedrive

    Would like to be able to label each text instead of it showing as the full text when trying to select one. It would also be nice to be able to space things out so the texts are not a run on sentence when creating a template. I like to separate my name and email in a separate paragraph.
