Clio integrations w/o browser extension
Ability to integrate the Clio CRM to RingCentral platform without using App Connect to avoid the setup process in the browser extension.

I would like to understand what the challenge is with the current setup process, and what problem you are solving by integrating with Clio directly.
The truth is - you cannot avoid setting up an integration, with or without a browser extension.
It is also possible that this has been addressed in a way. With server side call logging an admin can enable logging across their company, even for people who don't have the extension is installed. But we recommend having everyone install the extension to resolve logging conflicts.
