Jobber integration for App Connect

We've heard from several customers who use Jobber, a leading field service CRM, and are interested in a native integration with RingCentral through the App Connect framework. Jobber helps service-based businesses manage scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and job tracking—often in the field and on the go. A RingCentral integration could unlock powerful workflow automations, such as sending SMS appointment reminders, logging call activities directly into Jobber, or triggering follow-up tasks based on missed calls or voicemails.

We recognize the value this could bring to field service teams looking to streamline operations and improve customer responsiveness. If you're a Jobber customer and would like to see this integration prioritized, we encourage you to vote for this idea.

    This would be incredibly helpful. I work with Jobber and RingCentral every day. This would make life a lot easier.

    One groundbreaking feature we propose is the automatic synchronization of new contacts between various CRMs, including Jobber, and RingCentral. This would eliminate the manual process of updating contact databases in multiple platforms, saving time and reducing the risk of human error. More importantly, it would allow for immediate customer recognition when a call comes in, thereby elevating the service experience to a new level of personalization and efficiency.

    We use Jobber for scheduling and client management. It would be helpful if our phone system would link with our management system so we don't need to do data entry twice.

    Automatically recognize existing customers, use the texting features to access client accounts, make requests, and schedule work.
