We need a custom fillable Fax cover page to be added right onto ring central.
We need to have quick easy access to a custom, FILLABLE, fax cover page. We send out faxes all day and each fax is different. We need to be able to fill in the cover page right on ring central. I spoke with one of your technicians and he said if we wanted a fillable fax cover page than we can add it as a word document. That does not work for us as we do not have word access. We need to be able to click on our own fax cover page and be able to add in the contacts and write notes directly onto the fax cover page.

The "To," and "Company," fields for the recipient, and the "Phone number" for the sender, need to be editable and fillable in the fax cover sheet.
The "To" and "Company" Fields should accept Alphanumeric strings up to 30 characters or more and the "Phone number" field should only accept numeric strings.
In other words, all of the fields on the fax cover sheet templates need to be included in the fillable form we fill out. I am including a screenshot of the form we fill out which is missing fields, a copy of a current result, and a copy of the expected result. -

Been trying to get this for years. Your company is paid well over $1000/yr for service. This really should be easy to implement. I'll be considering a different provider when I get the chance, since this concern is never taken seriously.

I have spent hours trying to get the cover page to reflect the correct phone number. The issue as I understand it is that the phone number is a Telus number. I sent a recent Telus bill to RingCentral and still techs are unable to correct this.
