Add the ability to automatically pull up a customer file in QQ Catalyst when an inbound call is accepted or an outbound call is initiated. Also add automatic documentation of the call and a link to a recording of the call. See lightspeed's integration for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L8P9ggU21r0
