Hi, this idea came from one of my clients:For the HUD to show the inbound caller even when transferred to another extension."The HUD provides an overview of what other users in the organisation are currently doing. In the situation where I might transfer an inbound call to one of my users, to everyone else in the organisation, that user appears to be in an active call with me when they are not. That’s a weird design concept with no value to our organisation. We check the HUD to see if a user is on the phone and with whom. It’s a great feature except for it’s misleading nature."
