We should remove the phone tab, leaving just text and fax tabs. Calls initiated from the text tab require a single click and use DR. The phone tab creates confusion for DR users. Since Microsoft Teams offers a complete call history and handles voice messages, this tab doesn't add values. A mock-up is attached.
