The request is for an app that can be deployed via the Microsoft Teams app gallery to add RingCentral controls to the side of the Teams client.
This app should do the following:
- Allow for SSO-Stay logged in-Give controls such as: Accept all calls -
Deny all calls - Do not accept queue calls
- Remote member management features like logging out of specific queues (this is available in native teams call routing functionality)
- Be available on mobile
These functions are not available in the Service Web page for an end user and popping out to the mobile browser is not a great experience.
