We need to sync all call records and transcripts done within Ringcentral with Hubspot so all interactions appear on our Hubspot contact records. The problem I've found with all options I have found and tested is that one integration only integrates contact info and the other integration only logs calls done within Hubspot via the Ringcentral for Hubspot integration.

We need all calls logged, even those done outside of hubspot. For example, if a client calls one of our agents directly on your Ringcentral softphone, we need it logged in hubspot but it doesn't right now. Only if the agent answers the phone through Hubspot will it be logged.
