Ability to view the call transcripts of other users as as super admin

I am interested and would like to see my staff and users phone transcript as Admin for quality and training purpose

I see that when I am on a call that the text is transcribed. it would be really helpful as the super admin that I could view those from each call from my reps as well but I dont want to spend additional money on that feature
