Call forwarding in RingCentral for Outlook
I’d like to suggest a new feature for the RingCentral integration with Microsoft Outlook. It would be incredibly helpful if users could manage their call forwarding settings directly within the Outlook interface.
Right now, managing call forwarding requires switching back and forth between RingCentral and Outlook, which can disrupt workflow. If we could set up and adjust call forwarding settings right from Outlook, it would make the process much easier and more efficient.
The idea is to have an intuitive interface for call forwarding settings within the RingCentral tab in Outlook, similar to what’s available in the RingCentral app. It would also be great if these settings were synchronized between both platforms to ensure everything is consistent.
This feature would be a big time-saver and improve efficiency for many users who rely on both RingCentral and Outlook for their communications.

I recently installed RingCentral for Microsoft Outlook with a view to testing this and making it available as an option to our staff throughout our business. It does much of what we need, but I don't see any option to forward calls. Following raising a case with yourselves I have been advised that call forwarding in Outlook is currently unavailable.
I know that we can logon to the RingCentral App itself to put on a call forward, but wouldn't it make sense to have the option to forward calls from RingCentral for Microsoft Outlook just as you would with a mobile or landline phone rather than having our staff logon to the RingCentral App to do this?
Without the ability to put on a call forward from Outlook we cannot use this generally in our business.
