As a trade supplier, all of our customers are businesses, and each of our customers can have as many as 20 contacts all phoning out from one main company number, but the RingCentral for HubSpot app only shows the first and last name for the first match - so inevitably, often we're not speaking to the person whose name is on the first match.

For us, it's way more important to show the company name than that first and last name of one of the people working there - at least it's virtually guaranteed that the company name is right, even when there's only a 1 in 10 chance that the first contact is the person you're actually speaking to.

It would also be great if the app made it easy to cycle through the possible matches, the way Red Cactus Bubble does.
