An error occurred while saving the comment Matty commentedIt is possible to sync HubSpot contacts into a user's personal contact list, but only up to 10,000 contacts... and it doesn't make a lot of sense to me to only be able to sync them to a personal contact list, instead of a shared contact list.

An error occurred while saving the comment Matty commentedI'm attempting to modify the keys on a Poly Edge E300 limited extension, but it looks like the only way to accomplish this is manually on the handset and it seems that I can only assign Speed Dials, not BLF's that way.
It would be useful if I could manage the keys on a limited extension in the same way I can on a regular extension.

I hear "on the grapevine" that RingCentral are looking to integrate with Pci Pal for card payments, which would be awesome.
Currently my understanding is that we have two options - use "bring your own SIP" and get charged for calls that would have otherwise been free/included with RingCentral, or conference in a card payment solution, which is messy and results in a conference call that's left at the end of each call - so unless you always wait for the customer to hang up first, they will end up hearing a message along the lines of "You are the last caller on this conference call. This call will now end". Customers would be left wondering, "what conference call??"
