Office 365 presence sync to RingCentral
Customer wants to have the option to sync their Presence from the office 365 to their RingCentral app for example when they are out of the office or in a scheduled vacation the RingCentral app will detect this status on their office 365 and will automatically put them on DND.

YES PLEASE - when you mark yourself as out of office, you are still able to check Teams messages. That puts you in an 'Out of office - Available' status that doesn't prevent call queue calls from coming in. If you don't manually set yourself to 'appear offline' or 'do not disturb', it disregards your out of office status.
