Template for Workflow Builder: voicemail received
auto sms reply to received voice mail. Such as "We have received your voice mail and should be responding within 4 working hours."

We do have a recipe for this use case, but we provide it with a big caveat: consent is required before deploying this capability. See recent comments on the idea for a more lengthy explanation.

Once upon a time we had this workflow template, but we decided to remove it as it create certain compliance risks customers may not be aware of. The use case is now available as a recipe which you can install yourself:
