Extracting more RingSense Data via Reports or API
We want to find a way to extract the reports already found under RingSense (CSAT, etc), and specifically call quality and CSAT scores like how reports from RingCX Analytics can be sent to an S3 bucket or e-mail via schedule; if not possible, then we can also perform API calls, but the current API seems limited and does not provide the full array of information found in the dashboards.
